Harrogate

We travel to the elegant spa town of Harrogate, where notable sights include the Royal Pump Room Museum and the attractive Montpellier Quarter with its pedestrianised streets lined with 19th-century buildings now home to galleries, boutiques and cafés. Be sure to stop at the famous Betty’s tea rooms!

Our day takes us to the lovely city of York where we have time at leisure to explore. Enjoy a visit to the glorious York Minster, wander through the ‘Shambles’- a warren of narrow streets and overhanging buildings dating back to medieval times or take a stroll along the ancient walls surrounding the city.
